Ok, so constitutionally it's banned. However, to get at what I'm thinking of, how it's DEFINED under the law is critical.

I DO have a Progressive and ethical direction to take this.

The Thirteenth Amendment: Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude,
except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been
duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place
subject to their jurisdiction.


(The military draft blatantly violated this, proving that laws are
only as good as their application and enforcement.)
