[PDI] Reminder *NO* PDI meeting until *3rd* Thursday of the month

Reminder *NO* PDI meeting until *3rd* Thursday of the month:

PDI is changing its meeting day to the 3rd Thursday of every month going
forward.

We will NOT be meeting this week.
